Bailed on a job and hour and a half before they were supposed to be there. Should’ve went with someone a little more expensive instead of trying to save a few bucks. You get what you pay for, in every industry.

Tracy showed up on time and did a very nice job cleaning. She was very courteous and professional to my elderly neighbor who we had given the cleaning to for a Christmas present. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I paid for a deep clean and so many things on their "cleaning checklist" were not done! At a glance everything looked good but as the days went on I kept finding something else that was missed. (And I don't mean things that would become that dirty in a few days so it was obvious they didn't get touched). I feel like I was ripped off and they did not stay the full amount of time they were supposed to. So they rushed and took the money for what should've been a longer more thorough job. Now I'm skeptical to hire anyone because you never know if it's worth the money to find out if they'll do a good job or not.
