Refusing to work with the residence across from construction site. All we asked for was for them to put a screen around the construction site so we don't have to see J John & employees in and out and also help with our dogs barking consistently as seeing people on the other side across the street from us. The fact that they started work without a permit was a huge insight as to what type of people we are having to deal with.
