Mesa Dogs 24/7

I love the hours and the staff I have interacted with. I also really like their new location. The only reason that I am not giving a 5 star is because the old location and the new location has a distinct smell. Every time I pick up my dog (and my friends dogs) they smell like pee. I take my dog to other daycares and that never happens so I was surprised it was happening in the new location too. Overall, I still recommend because the hours and staff are great. I also like that if I were to board my dog, he would not be in a kennel.

I love Dogs 24/7! I can always rely on Teddy getting a happy reception there. He is so excited to go and play with his doggy friends. Wonderful staff who really get to know your dog. Thank you, Erica and company! Edit: I still do love Dogs 24/7 and plan to continue taking Teddy there. However I was a little disappointed today (3/11/22) when I came in to find out that the two employees working at the front were the only employees working (at least that's what they said). It sounded like there were no people in the dog rooms at that time. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought someone was supposed to be in the room with the dogs at all times. Please clarify! Also, they told me that I couldn't come back and see Teddy in the dog room. I didn't want a tour, I just wanted to see how he was behaving and getting on with the other dogs. I definitely plan to continue taking Teddy there but would like some clarification!
