Horrible experience. Filling replacement done for no reason other than looks led to an infection and $1700 root canal 2 years later and the tooth was extremely sensitive the entire 2 years. What did they say after I called them to let them know the result of their work? Well that's not our fault and you knew the risks before you did the treatment (dentist did not tell me any of this or i wouldve never had this done) and its been over 1 year so we're not responsible. Horrible service and painful dentistry. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!+

I went into bright dental the other day had teeth cleaning done was dreading it especially being pregnant there staff is just so nice was over quickly & painless

The worst dentist ever. Left me set in the chair for 2 hours numb before he pulls 8 teeth out. The dentures are a complete joke. They've been relined 4 times. Do not recommend going here.

I called for an emergency appt this morning. Horrible service and they dont seem to know what they are doing. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice and scheduled me this afternoon. I was told to arrive 15 mins early for my appt. I arrived 20 mins early and completed ppw in about 10 mins. As I sat there and waited they called a pt that had just left stating the assistant forgot to do something and they needed to return. The pt returned in about 10 minutes. Then as another pt was checking out an assistant came up front and told the pt she forgot to do something and that they could just come back next week for it. Honestly at this point I should have left. But I was in pain. I sat there another 30 mins and they never called me. Its not very hard to communicate if the appts are running behind. There were 3 ladies in the front office so theres no excuse. So I will not return here.
