We have been going to Banks Pediatric Dentistry for years! We love Dr. Banks, all of the hygienists, and the front office ladies! We have never had a bad experience. One of my girls has anxiety and Dr. Banks has done such a wonderful job caring for her, and the times she needed fillings the whole office is set up for a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

***UPDATE*** I loved this place. It felt so warm and welcoming when we came in. It was always enjoyable. Until my last experience. Grandpa had my daughter in for her routine 6 month clean up. They were booked far out in advance for her follow up and suggested that the mother (me) follow up. I called the following day and was told they were booked out for A YEAR and would call if there was cancelations. I was surprised and also mad. How dare you book yourself so full almost a year out when you know routine check ups are 6 months later? It just felt like a money hungry place and have since left. I found a new place for my daughter. I do miss the atmosphere of this place but didn't care for how much they focused on the $$$
I've taken my daughter here for a few years now and I love this place. People are always nice and personal and answer all my questions. They reward the kids with a coin to which they get to pick a little gift at the end. And that's just an awesome touch that my daughter loves.

They helped us get an appointment right away, so we didn't have to wait on the waitlist. Super helpful and friendly front desk staff. They went out of their way to help us. The dentist was helpful and knowledgeable. The hygienists were friendly and great! The fish were so neat!

I just had the most incredible experience with my pediatric dentist, and I can't help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude. This is the dentistry we have been searching for.
From the moment I stepped into their office, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The entire team went above and beyond to make me and my little one feel comfortable and at ease. It's not easy to find a dentist who can create such a positive and nurturing environment, but they truly excel at it.
But what truly sets my pediatric dentist apart is their genuine care and compassion. They understand that a trip to the dentist can be intimidating for children, and they go the extra mile to make it a fun and enjoyable experience. The way they interact with kids is simply magical! They have this incredible ability to connect with them on a personal level, making them feel safe and secure throughout the entire visit.
Their expertise and knowledge are truly remarkable. They take the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring that both parents and children understand what's happening. Their patience and gentle approach are truly commendable. I've never seen my little one so relaxed and cooperative during a dental appointment before!
But it's not just about the exceptional dental care they provide; it's the way they make us feel like a part of their extended family. They remember our names, ask about our lives, and genuinely care about our well-being. It's these small gestures that make all the difference and create a lasting impact.
I am beyond grateful to have found such an amazing pediatric dentist who not only takes care of my child's dental health but also nurtures their emotional well-being. They have turned what could have been a daunting experience into something my little one looks forward to. It's truly a blessing to have them in our lives.

I'm so glad someone referred Banks Pediatric dentistry to me. My kids loved their visit and it was the best they have ever done at the dentist. The office is welcoming and all of the staff are very friendly. The doctor took his time with each of my kids and now I don't dread taking them back!
