This was hands down the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. Unfortunately not all dentists are good and I have had some really bad experiences in the recent years. I get very anxious now with thoughts about seeing a dentist. So it’s by the grace of God that Dr. Jeffery Mathews from Acacia Dental (whom I highly recommend) referred me to Dr. Neil T. Miller DDS MS.
For starters, the lady Kathleen at the front desk was really nice and very helpful. I was experiencing some pain, so they had me in within one day. The paperwork and billing went very smoothly. I was in to see Dr. Miller for an old root canal that had gone bad. He introduced himself, took an x-ray, and took the time to thoroughly explain the situation. Dr. Miller needed to retreat the root canal. I don’t know if all endodontist’s use the same type of equipment, but this was the most tech setup I have ever seen. It was like he had this big microscope which he used to look inside my mouth. I’m a pretty solid guy, but I’ve never been good with the discomfort from the shots. This was the first time I didn’t experience pain while having the area numbed. There was a very gentle touch here that was extremely appreciated. As they got underway with the work, my lingering bits of anxiety seemed to quickly fade away. While Dr. Miller was working, everything he did seemed calculated, precise and very intricate. I’ve never experienced anything like it and was extremely impressed. When everything was all said and done, I couldn’t say Thank You enough. So if for any reason you need to see an Ednodontist, Dr. Neil T. Miller DDS MS and his team are the specialists to see.

Had a root canal today and I was a bit nervous, but the staff was awesome and Dr. Miller made me feel very comfortable and he did a great job with no pain. Thank you.

Awesome! I felt welcome and comfortable. Didn't feel any pain whatsoever. I was terrified of the shots, but Dr. Miller managed to get those done without causing me too much discomfort. Love the people, love the atmosphere, and I almost didn't want to leave. I definitely recommend Dr. Miller to anyone and everyone.
