New Health Dental - Dr. Edward Fritz

I have been trying for 3 weeks to make an appointment for my son, left a vm, called several times and only received the vm. I also went on line and filled out the form to make an appointment, and they never got back to me. I was told today when I called that they were going to call me today in regards to the form I filled out. Kelly is an extremely RUDE person, and didn't apologize until I pushed her, refused to talk about the situation. This is her job to be pleasant and courteous to patients and she is not even doing that. She is the first line of communication that represents a practice and should be replaced. I have decided to go elsewhere to another holistic doctor, so they have lost 2 patients as of today.

Great staff, very kind and attentive. Dr Fritz is gentle, knowledgeable and talented. I've had some terrible work done by previous dentists, and dr fritz calmed my nerves and helped me to feel better for the short and long term! Best dental work I've ever received!

Dr. Fritz and his staff were wonderful. Before my first meeting with Dr. Fritz, I was very nervous, as I needed 7 amalgom fillings removed. Dr. Fritz and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. In addition, they also take precautionary measures for mercury exposure, which was a relief. My filling removals went great and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Requested an appointment twice. The second time the Dr. contacted me, told me that he had seen my first request, and said he would have someone call me the next day. Never heard from them. Maybe they’re just too busy for new patients. Either way, the lack of customer service would deter me from using their services.
