WORST PLACE EVER! I'm surprised this place isn't littered with dead bodies because this place literally makes you want to kill yourself! The customer service is lousy and they only care about making a buck.

Clean shop, well organized and knowledgeable staff. I really like how they offered me a tour of their facility prior to discussing plans for my stereo system. The install was professionally done and I got my windows tinted there at the same time. Overall, very pleased. Will definitely recommend to my family & friends.

I recently did a decent build in my truck (4 dr). Spent a considerable amount of time w/ sound deadening/vib. reduction. I was enlightened by all the processes from that phase itself. Anyway while contacting at least a 1/2 doz. shops in a 30 mi. radius I spoke w/ Chad Marra (owner) and asked if we could meet and discuss some issues that were troubling me. When entering his office/showroom I saw his credentials on the wall. It was comforting to know that he was 1st, a technician, before installer. Some shop I noticed don't have true techs. He spent a good hr. over that wk. including a 1/2 doz. calls helping me understand what I needed help with. Before we met I offered to pay for his time. He never charged me. All I bought from him so far was some crossovers which were priced better than I could find them from anyone who was carrying them in the valley. Of the 3 times I stopped by there were reps in there from 2 of the components I'm using and Chad was good about letting them throw in their 2 cents. One was from Morel and the other, Kenwood. I was also impressed w/ his portfolio. I highly recommend Extreme Audio.
