Made the appointment to have our home a/c preventative maintenance check. They followed up w/ courtesy reminder, the day to verify date& time before the scheduled appointment .  Serviceman showed up on time & prepared to work. Positive person, and experience all around.

Ive been using this company for seven years on my houses in Havasu and no other company in town compares!!! Theyve installed many awesome mini splits and replaced by main air-conditioning unit for central air. They are so quick to respond, professional and experts at what they do. I would definitely say they fit their name because theyre all super cool! I highly recommend them and would never go with any other company in this town.

Every since the first day we have had trouble even with the installation. Now there is no air coming out of the system, the guy answered the phone, (owner is out of the country )he says he has no idea when they can come out and hung up on me. I tried to call back because my unit is not even a year old so they could honor the warranty and they are refusing to answer the phone. Called Samsons air and scheduled right away. Use your head and avoid this company

scammers!!!!!! stay away!!!!!!!!!!!this guy came to my property and did a damage to my unit and asked me to replace it for $18,000 , when i told him no he still charged me $267 for the service call Invoice #747739 from The Cool Dude llc. and when i called him to let him know that there is no problem with the unit and someone else was able to fix it for $175 (breaker replacement- the broken breaker that "the cool dude" installed for me he lough and hang up the phone.. don't work with him or let him touch your system you better keep looking !
