Air Conditioning Guy

My heater died on a Thursday.   Ron Jr. came right out to diagnose the problem and I was not surprised to learn that it was time to replace the rooftop air/heat unit, as it was 26 years old.   Janice in the office was super efficient getting everything scheduled right away and the new unit was installed on Monday!   That was quick!   The AC Guys even offered to let me use their portable roll-around heater over the weekend.   This family business gives the best, most professional service in town.   Their communication is superb: answering the phone in person, even texting me when the service tech is on his way.    They have my business forever and I will recommend them to all my friends.

Our unit went out. I left a message with the Air Conditioning Guys and first thing Monday morning I received a call and an appointment for that day.The tech was professional and broke the news we needed a new unit but took the time to put a bandaid on our existing unit so we would be warm until the new unit could be installed. By Wednesday we had our new unit. The entire process could not have been easier.I highly recommend The Air Conditioning Guys!
