Had a recall on my Kia Soul, very friendly people. Gave us a ride to a restaurant and then picked us up when we were ready. Came back to a washed vehicle and off we went!

I purchased a Kia Forte a few years ago at this dealership. I live in BHC which makes it very difficult to have it serviced up in Kingman when the car has issues. I have no other reliable vehicle and a senior with some disabilities. They need a shuttle service! I'm thinking on trading it in at a car dealership down here in BHC.

The more I think about the service I received today I am furious. I couldn't be more angry with how everything went. I arrived at the dealership at 840 had a appointment at 9 am to get a oil change and unfortunately for the past ten days the car was not starting so needed a new battery. I was at the dealership ten minutes and was pulled into a office to be talked to about a review my mom had put up. They asked me to take it down. I told them I would talk to her after I got home and we would see how today went.930 am I was told it was getting a new battery and everything was covered under warranty. At 1230 still no car and I am sitting waiting still. I was then told that kia has to do a test to take care of the battery being that it is only two years old everything is covered still. I was at the dealership a total of 5 hours for a battery and oil change. Being that my mom is older and on oxygen I try to take it for her to get serviced . I don't know how they think they made anything right. We are not happy kia owners no more. This is beyond frustrating.
