A review was not written for Josh and Joe when they assisted us (apology guys, I thought the other half did this). Both were professional with happy, smiling, joking, laughing, attitudes which brought humor to a hot situation which was greatly appreciated. They are now the maintenance team for this house.

Top notch service, ethics and quality of work. The gentlemen at Taylor are professional, fast and do it RIGHT. Their prices are absolutely awesome as well and they explain EXACTLY what the root cause was.
I will only use Taylor for my HVAC needs from here on out. The fact that they are a local business run by true American Patriots is another huge plus for me. A+++

I'm Still Impressed with Taylor HVAC! We had them back out to do the Heating portion of their Yearly Maintenance Plan, and Again, they were as thorough, friendly, and professional as we stated in our earlier review. If someone leaves a negative review, it would be impossible for me to believe it. In fact, I'd jump to the conclusion that those persons couldn't get along with anyone! Because Taylor pulls out all the stops to to be helpful and economical. We're looking forward to seeing them in the Spring for a check-up of our A/C system! Thanks Josh, Joe, and everyone at Taylor HVAC!
Taylor AC is one of the best contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. They are smart, professional, friendly, honest, family and performance not profit centered. But best of all, they are true to their word. If they say they can fix something, they will. If they say they're going to be somewhere at a cetain time, they are. If they say it's going to cost a certain amount, don't expect upcharges. That's not how they operate. And if they can save you costs, they do, they've done it for me. So we're signing up for the budget minded maintenance plan they offer and negotiating a major upgrade for down the road. I find these guys bring an integrity and easy to work with attitude with them every time they show up. Give them a try. You'll thank me for the referral, like I thanked my neighbors who were so happy they used Taylor they proudly showed me the work and gave me the name.
