My AC quit while I was away. This was on a Sunday. My neighbor called N & M Heating and Cooling and Monce came out right away and determined what was wrong. On a Sunday! When I returned home he came out with some extra parts to get it running while waiting for a new unit. A new unit was needed. He didn't allow me to pay him for that. We were having extremely hot weather and I was so grateful to have a temporary fix. I will always remember that. He installed the new unit including the furnace and I'm so happy with it. I have complete confidence in his work. I will always use them.

It is so difficult to find quality professionals these days that actually show-up when they say they will, perform the tasks needed and do so at a cost that is reasonable. N & M Heating and Cooling ABSOLUTELY fulfill their commitments. They are professional, communicate well, show up when scheduled and performed all of the necessary work efficiently and at a cost that I would consider reasonable. My husband and I are very satisfied with the owner of N & M cooling Monse . The compressor broke and he was able to find a new compressor in no time. He worked on Sunday, it was a hot day and he delivered as he said he would. Thank you very and God bless! We highly recommend this company. Service: A/C system repair
