My experience with Rebecca has been nothing but positive. I contacted her office number over the Labor Day weekend not expecting a reply until after the holiday but was surprised by and happy with the response of a quote within hours, the response told me that Rebecca understood my insurance requirements and provided an initial quote. This was followed a day later, on a national holiday, by an email containing all the information I needed to make my decision. I cancelled my previous insurance and signed the necessary paperwork on the following day.
Rebeccas positive and efficient response motivated me to drop insurance coverage I had had for 39 years. She Shou,d be considered a valuable asset to the Farmers team and should be taken seriously by anyone seeking insurance.
