The pool people did an amazing job on my pool and backyard, it looks like a resort!!! From the pool, to the landscaping, bottom to top...they thought me a lot in during the build which helped me in the long run, simple, easy maintenance! Very knowledgeable, they know what they are talking about!

Chad, the owner’s son terminated service for our pool. The service was inconsistent. When on vacation, they relied on another company to cover their business. Believed the other company over the customer that our pool was not serviced. If the pool tech went into our backyard with a 105 pound dog and three other dogs, kudos for not being attacked. It is unfortunate because as far a personality, Chad and CR are great people, just not excellent in customer service or consistency.

This guy came out and charged my elderly parent $85 dollars to look at her pool pipes ... he told her to buy her own parts ... and never returned her calls after she got the parts! Ripped her off he spent like 15 min and made her pay the $85 ridiculous... spent most of his time talking about her plants
