I needed to find a new pool service company because they last guys were terrible so a friend told me to call them and Bob came out and I've had them ever since. They're professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I was selling my house and after the inspection they found a serious issue about the pool. That issue has been caused by the former pool service company. I contacted AZ Mermaids through a friend and I asked them to give a look because I needed to repair the pool in order to sell. Bob came to my house the day after and I told him I was in hurry because the closing was in one week. They did a wonderful job, precise, accurate and on time. They actually improved the pool at an affordable price and even the new owner were happy. They are very professional and they know their job. Highly recommended

They are an unethical pool company charged me for a filter check $75 when I requested a pool filter cleaning $110.00 due to them not being able to get the water hose out. The ethical thing to do would be to discuss with the home owner what occurred and not just charge someone because you have their credit card information. They totally avoided my question in the multiple emails I had sent them. So the next time they were on my property I asked the wife (nicely) and the husband jumps in getting defensive which proves my point. I should have never done business with this company given the husband first comment to me saying he is not a charity case, not sure why he even said that comment to me - my son said after he had left our home - Wow Mom you are going to do business with them. I had a great first impression of the wife which made me want to give them a chance. Services: Tile brushing, Water treatment
