Waiting 50 minutes and counting to set up an appointment absolutely ridiculous.

I needed to get a hearing test done and this is where my doctors referral sent me. A little far from my apartment but I didn't mind the drive at all. The office is located just North of the hospital and it says "Dignity Health" and "Medical Office Building 1" on the front. The office is up on the 3rd floor. When the elevator doors open it'll be straight ahead. Can't miss it!
The staff was very professional and courteous. I had only sat down for a moment to begin filling out some basic paperwork before I was called back. The test was very quick and thorough. I was done and back out to my car in less than an hour.

I had my knee replacement there and it never healed..I kept complaining after a few complaint I was sent a letter stating Dr. Winters no longer works there..tried to get my records was sent partial records no imaging. The young lady at the front desk YaYa is very rude. I have and appointment coming up for a revision surgery from another Surgeon..in my records that I received from them they have mentioned me in the records several times as a older male when I am 20 years younger than the male who they keep referring me too and I am female.. do not waste your time or money this photo is a year after my surgery.

Even with an appointment, I couldn't get treatment. They called 4 days in a row to ask which body part I was being seen for. When I finally had a chance to call back in between work, she said it was right there and she didn't know why there was any confusion. I asked if I would need to check in again to be sure and she said no, everything was set. I missed a call from them the next day and assumed it was the same error since I just had confirmation that the previous 4 calls were unnecessary.
I went early to my appointment and was told my appointment was canceled because there was confusion about the body part being checked, and the doctor wasn't available at my appointment time anyway. I asked if there was a way to actually be seen since there had already been 5 problems on their end before I even showed up. She said she didn't know.
Of course I left. How many errors on their end are you willing to deal with before even being seen for an injury, let alone knowing if you will ever be treated?
