This are the best movers I have used. they are responsive, fast, professional and take great care of your belongings. The staff follows up on the service you are being provided and everyone is very easy to work with. I highly recommend A&C Brothers Moving to anyone that is looking for a professional mover. This company is horrible. I was scheduled on 5/30 for my move and they canceled saying the truck broke down, but would move me the next day, 5/31. They never showed on 5/31 and after several calls and being on hold for long periods of time, I got a call and was told they were canceling the job, BUT - the caller stated he had a coworker could move me "off the books for cash". I was stuck as I had to be out by 6/1. I was asked not to tell the moving company about the "off the books job". I had put down a deposit of 100.00 and when I called for a refund and got no call back I did inform the owner of the "off the books move". He guaranteed my money would be returned. After a month of calling and being told the owner was unavailable, I have quit calling. PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T LET YOURSELF BE TAKEN IN BY THIS COMPANY. I would not even give them one star, but can not post this without picking at least one star.
