Uhaul called on Sunday to confirm our reservation and gave us this address as the nearest location that will have our truck. Monday morning, our reserved date, we drove 20 mins to this location. We could see the 26 truck in the parking lot. Upon arrival there was another customer at the desk and he said oh yes I just booked it in case that guy (my husband) is booking a 26 foot My husband was helped next and the employee told him that the truck is for someone else. My husband said we booked the truck 3 days ago. Then the employee says the that truck belongs to the store and isnt for out of state. As he hands the keys to the first customer. The uhaul system would prioritize our booking as we had it first. Now we have to drive another 35 mins to Mesa to pick it up from another location.
