Budget Truck Rental

Truck was incredibly dirty from the moment I hopped in. Sticky cup holders and door handles, candy wrappers strewn about the cabin. This location incorrectly wrote down the odometer mileage, which resulted in an extra charge when I turned it in the following morning. Go to uhaul for your trucks, this place will quote you 80 dollars for a truck, and when you go to actually rent it its almost 200 dollars.

Avoid this place at all costs. The trucks are in terrible condition and are not road worthy, the inside of the cabin stinks and is not cleaned between customers, and the staff are extremely rude. The behavior of staff is almost comical in their refusal to be of any help, answer questions, or just act like a decent human. They refused to let us throughly inspect the truck before renting it and then told us we could cancel at no charge. Checked my bank today to see a $75 no-show charge. Good stuff.

Truck was very dirty inside of cab. Hours of operation were not correct. We had to keep truck all weekend instead of returning same day, Saturday. DO NOT drop keys in box and leave vehicle. You are still responsible for the vehicle until they check it in.
