Antonio was amazing. I had a really bad experience at a previous mattress firm store, when I purchased a temperpedic. I wanted to do an exhange and headed to this location in hopes if recieving better customer service.. He was very honest, and patient with me, given the knowledge of my situation. He gave me alot of options so that I could find the bed suitable bed for me. I appreciated his service.

We went in and checked out the mattresses. We spent about a hour there. The sales person was from Hawaii and very pleasant and easy to talk with. He gave us room to check out the mattresses. We told him we would be back in a week. We wanted time to think about the mattress we would be buying. We went back a week later and we knew exactly what we wanted. I would tell people if you want a good mattress, this is the place to go. Also, very knowledgeable about all the products they are selling. You can't go wrong.

My husband and I rarely give reviews but when you have an experience like the one we had today, we just had to let everyone know about Store Leader, Jerry Swain. If you had to define excellent customer service, that would describe Jerry. He went above & beyond to make us customers of Mattress Firm for life. We purchased our mattress from Jerry approximately 2 years ago. My husband has chronic back pain and unfortunately one of the inner springs got damaged on his side of the bed and consistently pokes him every night. It is very painful and in addition to the already chronic back pain, just made sleeping miserable. My husband contacted Jerry and inquired if the mattress was under warranty and if there was anything that could be done. We went through the claim process and was given a credit. We once again contacted Jerry who told us to come down and see him so that Mattress Firm could rectify the situation. Normally when you go these stores it is overwhelming and the team members can be persistent but Jerry was knowledgeable about all of the products, made suggestions since he has experienced similar back pain as my husbands, all with a smile and sincerity on his face. He didnt make our experience awful, he made it pleasant. He didnt try to up sell or profit off of our situation. He genuinely wanted us to get a product that would help us sleep better. In conclusion, we would recommend Jerry Swain to family, friends, co workers and anyone on the street who would listen. If you need a mattress- go see Jerry Swain! Sincerely, The Reillys
