We worked with Joe today and what a pleasure that was. He was very helpful in checking both price and delivery on several items we were interested in. He was always nearby as we walked through the store looking for the right pieces. That is what customer service is all about. My wife and I had a great experience at the Ashley Glendale store as Heather Joyce truly listened to our color and style needs for a media console and tables. She actually grabbed multiple end tables across the showroom to check if the console and tables would match. She also ensured we had the best price possible. Great service!
