Don't buy from them. I got a livingroom set (sectional) they told me they would deliver it in two weeks, those two weeks turned to a month and a half. When they delivered it they didn't bring my ottoman that I payed extra for. The lady in the office kept giving me the run around, after I started getting loud with her she said the Ottoman would be here in two weeks ( it's been three weeks). A week ago i called because the couches are falling apart. The back part of the sectional it completely off you lean back and it's all loose, yous holding with one side. She said she would set me up for a service call, they haven't came yet. she hasn't called, I call and they Dnt answer. I'm at the point where I'm going to go drop the puce of trash they sold me in front of their location.

I was sold a couch that was nothing that I paid for! I was told the cushions were apart of the couch(which was very important to me) and they are Velcro! The chase is on the wrong side (Louise stated this was now no longer an option) and when purchased I was told it can be on either side. When delivered of course it was incorrect. I contacted the store as they were delivering my furniture and the Manager Louise was extremely rude and unhelpful. 5 days later and Louise has still failed to call me and or rectify this issue with me. VERY UNHAPPY and only wanted what I ordered. Louise only kept stating "that employee no longer works here", new or not where is his training? I should not be responsible for her bad training. It did not help when the front office girls stood there eating and talking about their boyfriends.... I should have walked out then. They never even acknowledged my existence.

Purchased a lot of furniture and received it very quickly on our first visit. On our second visit we ordered a table and chairs. The table and 4 chairs were delivered the next day. They had to order 2 additional chairs for us. That was July 27th. This is September 17th and we still haven't gotten our 2 chairs or heard anything from them. Regardless of this...great company, great prices and would use them again.

I had a great experience. It is old and kinda dark on the inside, but it doesn't matter to me as long as I get good service and quality. I ordered a custom sofa and it was made just as I wanted and delivered when they said it would be. I also ordered a bed for my daughter that they price matched from another place and ordered in for us. My salesman was very nice and easy to work with. I would buy here again.
