    We purchased a 12 in memory foam mattress from here. The store neglected to mentioned it had been stored in the box for the past THREE YEARS (the date on the box was 2021). Which is waaaaay past the manufacturer's recommendation of a few weeks. The mattress never expanded correctly and is severely and noticeably deformed. The store charged ~ $580 for a dud. Do not purchase mattresses here! They have a no refund policy so you're stuck. The table bought here was fine for the most part, but had a major divet in the middle. It was an easy fix. Edit: The owner calls my review misleading. What's misleading is how you purposefully sell bad merchandise and put the responsibility of getting it fixed on your customers. I already paid you to do your job which is give me a functional product the first time. I didn't pay you to give us a headache.

    If I had looked at the reviews I would have saved all this problem with this place where they gave me the wrong bed and they didnt want to change it. They didnt want to work with me even tho they made the mistake. Its the worst of the places. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone even if it was my worst enemy. And if I could give it -5 stars, I would give it

    They make it look like everything is our fault. and also the correct bed we choose is also gray and if we are late its because weve been waiting for the vanity to arrive to put everything together and we call the place and no one answered And when they finally answered the explanation given to us by one of those who are there is that the order we put in was lost and they were barely going to put it after 3 weeks. When I finally open the bed box I realized that it was not what we ordered And the problem is how Im going to pay for something I dont want. Also it will be nice to be advise about ur policy. When signing nothing is mentioned ahead of time nor theres time to read the receipt. Also what difference does it make reading or having the receipt after signing where are stuck with whatever we get. This is not the only case where the wrong item is delivered and wont exchange.

Hello,Revision- You regret to mention that these mattresses come rolled in a box, including the law tag with the date you mentioned. We don't unroll the mattresses and then roll them back up to confirm dates of production. You agreed to the terms of the sale by signing your receipt. So to be clear, you can get a replacement mattress shipped to your house, for free, and you STILL regret to send photos for our manufacturer so they can process your claim. Let's be really honest here, you want something to complain about fine, but you refuse to submit a claim to get a new mattress shipped directly to you without having to leave your house. Sounds like you put more effort into this review than into just submitting the claim that would have been one email with 3 pictures attached. That would have taken you LESS time. We can't help someone who refuses to help themselves. If you want to submit the claim please follow the instructions on the bottom of your receipt. There are instructions on the bottom of your receipt on how to submit a claim. The manufacturer would have replaced this, but we haven’t received anything other than this bad review, which unfortunately is misleading. We have not heard anything about this other than this review. We wish you would have given us a chance to help prior to writing this review so we could have prevented frustration for you. It’s disheartening as a small business to get a bad review when we could have taken care of this for you with a simple email. Thank You,Uniquities

Hello,Your receipt states Grey queen bed frame. Your items were delivered two weeks ago. The item number matches exactly to what you purchased and what you received. We have not heard from you in several weeks and this item has been in your home since that date. We provide receipts to make sure there is accuracy in the order so everyone agrees to the purchase. We didn't hide anything, nor did we deceive you in any way. You signed your receipt which states there are no refunds or exchanges. You also signed the receipt at the time of delivery which states that you received the items on your invoice. I'm sorry that you're unhappy with your purchase but these items were what was selected at the time of purchase and we provided you with a copy of your receipt. You stated that you didn't read it, nor did you still have a copy of it. Unfortunately, we're unable to exchange an item that is written on your receipt and you signed for the purchase and accepted it at the time of delivery. Have a good day.Uniquities

In speaking to store customer service there has been no notification recently of an issue, so without a name on this review we have no way of looking up your invoice to verify a purchase was made or if something was loaded out incorrectly.
