After 5 plus years of loyalty, zero tickets, accidents or claims, David Brooks agency tried to overcharge me $400. When I explained I didnt believe I owed them and that I couldn't afford it and would have to leave them, he told me "do what I have to do"!! That's how they treat loyal customers. They had me at line 19 for years when I qualified for line 10 which would have saved me hundreds of dollars. Yet I renewed every 6 months for years and they never took the time to change it. So I overplayed for years then they tried to extort $400 from me and offered no help or solution except to go find another insurance agency. I also carry my homeowner's insurance through them. Do yourself a favor and call progressive any other company that David Brooks and Allstate.
