When I called for a second claim on a windshield repair less than a week after the first, Julie was so accommodating. I'd thought I would have to pay because of the closeness of the claims. Due to the nature of the damage I thought possibly it was due to the initial repair installation. Julie straight-away called the repair company to verify work completed and arranged for a replacement. I ended up going with the same repair company as they were also so accommodating. Thanks for making this less of a hassle.

Ive been with State Farm for many years now. I have always had very good experiences. Adam has been my own, as well as my parents agent, for many years; hes always been especially attentive and helpful all steps of the way! Great customer service.

My agent showed genuine concern with me being covered,within my budget and matched with the maximum coverage I could get. Even If that meant going with a different carrier. The following day I signed with state farm because of my agent . Thank you .
