        I ordered 2 diffrent things on line, the website said no longer then 4 hours. The first one was ready but when i picked it up you can hardly read the engravings since it was a Christmas gift I had to have ASAP I have no choice but to deal with it. I paid 39 for a cup thats so so. The second one was not ready, Im still waiting around its after 9 pm the employee are not even willing to help. Again if I did not need it tonight I would cancel the order. I paid 22 for a glass that again is so so.
