        I was extremely impressed with a lady name Auntie I believe she said her correct name is Tasha she went over and helped me figure out what kind of ring I will be interested in buying in the near future. I went to Kay's they was so mean to me but not auntie she is amazing I will tell the afrrican community all about her she is the best .

        Manager made a comment to me and said I needed to talk nicer to her employees. I told her I was and she was extremely argumentative. Loud talking and very rude. I've never had an experience like this before. She left the area and I asked the the person helping me if I was rude she said no. Toshey (not sure about the spelling) needs more customer training. She doesn't represent this company well. I didn't appreciate being hollered at and spoken to like that. The service I received from the sales person was wonderful. It's unfortunate your store manager feel like she can talk anyway she wants to customers.
