Paid these clowns almost $300 to clean my ice maker and its still not clean. I called them back and they wanna tell me it was cleaned right and they will bill me again if they come out and determine they cleaned it right but of course theyre not gonna say that they messed up the first time. Go elsewhere people.

we have a brand new hoshizaki under counter freezer that did not work at delivery. we hired kidwell to do the warranty work as they were considered a Hoshizaki authorized repair service. They came out said a part was bad and it would take "2 weeks to get it". no calls back ever, we had to constantly call to get any answer. finally part came in, they came out, decided they needed to take the freezer to their shop. returned it days later. plugged in and left. freezer got to temp, we put our food in it, came back the next day freezer had stopped working, and we lost all of the food. called them back, they came out, tech was there for 1 1/2-2 hours, mostly on the phone. then all of a sudden he claims that a cheap thin plastic food service glove had somehow blocked the complete intake, and cause it to over heat? He showed us no evidence of this glove, or explained anything, and then charged us $130.00 because it "wasn't an equipment failure"?? They leave freezer gets to temp, we wait a day, still at temp, we load it back with food, and the next day it is warm again, and we lost all of that food. we called them back because now they have charged us for services under warranty, and freezer is broken again. They refuse to come back and do business with us because we had previously told them that we didn't think we should have had to pay for their installers inability to correctly repair and inspect the unit, and tell us this "thin glove" that mysteriously was nowhere to be seen, but the unit still quits working without any "mystery glove". Now three failed attempts at their business to fix what they "specialize in". terrible business practices, and unskilled repair people.
