Im making a point to give a good review to Booth Built because of the professional and honest way they handled a problem that was partly caused by them, partly an unnoticed structural issue we had prior to the installation. Initial demo of our old patio cover and installation of our new patio cover went smoothly and the result was lovely. Then come the summer monsoon microbursts, and we noticed leaking in our house. Come to find out that the old damaged patio cover was the only thing keeping water out of our house, so when they took off the old one and installed the new one (differently, because of the nature of the design and product), we no longer had that protection. It was honestly something that was bound to happen eventually given the quality of the old cover, and taking it off just sped up the process. When we talked to Tom and Chris about the issue, and also had them contact the roofer we brought into fix it, they agreed to cover half the cost of the repair, which they did. I thought it was very fair considering the fault wasnt entirely ours or theirs. So I do recommend this company, because they made it right and showed a lot of integrity. And we do love the new patio cover, and no more leaks!
