Working with Bill was amazing, when there were issues completely unrelated to him with some contractors he took care of it promptly, he is extremely polite and knowledgeable about his business. I would highly recommend him for a pool job.

I was unsure of what to do on my acre lot. Aqua Pools designed and built and incredible pool and sunken ramada. It fits my yard perfectly and they were spot on the estimate on getting my RV around the yard. Small details from my initial consultation were on their records.
This is my third pool from three builders. Probably the most important aspect is customer service. Their customer service before, during and after the build has been incredible. The honest assement of options in the beginning and my indecision with making changes throughout the build were met with fast estimates that were accurate. Sheduling was always on time. Absolutely no surprises. Final quality was excellent. Hands down best my best experience.
One last thing. They have lots of experience. Extra touches to ensure a difficult build like my swim up bar with ajoining sunken ramada isn't something just anyone can do. We enjoy that ramada year round and the pool is beautiful.

We worked with Bill Miller on the design and build of a project that turned into a beautiful resort backyard. We interviewed many people to be part of our project and chose Bill because of his exerience and honest straight forward approach. We had many of our own ideas but they were honed and brought to reality through Bill Miller's knowledge of the pool industry, link to high quality sub contractors, and his design vision. Our resort backyard project was a significant project that included oversized pool with all of the latest technology, oversized hot tub, large natural boulder water falls and grotto, sunken ramada, and a swim up pool bar. We also worked through Bill for all of our hardscaping and landscaping which included travertine pavers, outdoor lighting, irrigation, and plants and trees. Our project was a very significant financial investment and we are so glad that we chose Bill Miller to be our partner. If your looking for a dream pool, and wanting to cut out some of the unnecessary markups by large pool builders that use the same contractors, then I strongly suggest using Bill to get your pool done. Take a look at some of Bill's Custom pools that he's done over the past couple years. His pricing is a fraction of what the other guys charge, and he can guide you in getting the permits, and awesome artisans in each category to give you the very best.
He puts you in the project management position to save the 20 percent you could put back into your master plan. Its his passion to help you attain what you really want at the best price. I strongly encourage you to take Bill out to lunch, bring your sketches, and see what can be accomplished. If you have bids from other pool builders bring those too, they won't be able to compete.
He has all the new tech, and 3D Tools to help you visualize what you would like to achieve. Thanks Bill for all the Cool ideas and insight over the years!
