I would like to give a zero. I have called them, emailed them, left messages for someone to contact me for our last new build. No one called and it has been 1.5 years. Now I thought I would try them again. Again, no call back for a new build. It has been 3 weeks. I guess they do not need the business.

Nautica Pools did a terrific job with out pool. They were responsive, timely, and professional. They were patient with questions in what can be a complicated process and were mindful of our pocket book. Very responsive to questions even after the job was finished. Would recommend them without reservation.

I would stay away from this company. FAR FAR AWAY. I met with Rollin today. After speaking to him for a bit, I called my husband on speaker so that his specific questions, dimensions and orientation of the pool could be addressed. He works and I am always the one that deals with all contractors that are doing any and all work to our home. Other than the basic questions, my husband wants me to put in or do whatever I want to our house. He doesnt really care about this stuff. It always comes back to me making the decisions because I am the one that decorates and design the home. After a very simple phone call with my husband.. to confirm the dimensions, depth, and orientation of the pool... he decided that he will not deal with me. That he wont even give me a quote without having my husband with me. He completely wrote me off as anyone important to speak too. After further discussion with him, he did ultimately give me information on his pools, etc. However, his actions were offensive, rude, and completely unprofessional. He is the picture of a chauvinist man. Customer service is always the most important thing to me. Poor customer and lack of people skills is the only thing Nautica pools can provide. Go spend your 40k-80k somewhere else.
