I have utilized this pool cleaning service for about 2 years now. While I have had a few different pool techs due to route changes, I am glad that we finally got Brooke. She is by far the best pool tech we have had and she goes above and beyond when she cleans our pool. We are very appreciative to have her service our pool!

Desert Soul was incredible. I will try to keep it short and sweet. When we moved into the neighborhood a few neighbors threw out a couple different company names, one being Desert Soul. Other neighbors said not to use the other companies since they took so long. (close to a year) Desert Soul had a reputation for being fast. One neighbor said, only 2 months. Not that we were in a rush or anything, but I did think it would be nice to be swimming sooner than later. So, I gave them a call. We got on the schedule for a consultation within 2 weeks of my first call. Laione came out on time for the appointment. Great guy seemed smart and trustworthy. I told him what I wanted and a week later we go into the office for the full consultation with CAD drawings and mockups. Ill post them to this review as well. We were blown away. And my favorite thing was, I gave him my budget and he stayed exactly under it. I was definitely expecting for him to try and sell me on a ton of other things but he didn't. And when my wife wanted to save some more money off of the budget, he quickly and easily RE- DESIGNED to meet our needs. He recalculated easy and wasn't pushy about any decisions we were making on the spot. Once we agreed on a price, and shook hands, we were off to the races. Literally. We received our "clear to start" from our association on a Thursday afternoon. We let Desert Soul know and they immediately had us on the schedule for Monday morning. They seemed ready to go. My wife and I had never built a pool before, so our expectations were literally zero. But it seemed like they were eager to get going so we were thrilled. On August 14, DAY 1 of Construction. The hole was completely dug. From then on, EVERY SINGLE DAY there was someone on site working with a team of guys absolutely grinding. It was awesome coming home every day after work and seeing something new. Progress was made with each new day. It was truly incredible. We have been bragging about how good this company has been throughout the entire process. and 4 weeks later we have a pool. The pool as filled with water after the 4th week and the hardscape and turf was completed around the 5th week. One thing I hope is that this review doesn't lead anyone to create unrealistic expectations as far as a timeline goes. But I will say, If it takes longer for any future jobs, it is NOT because they aren't on top of thing. Whatever the reason is, I would believe them 10000 percent. The schedule they laid out was accurate from the beginning. The response time anytime I emailed them with questions was usually same day. I cannot stress this enough how good they were. The reviews are 100% true and I trust that any issues that may come up in the future will be addressed the same way. I didn't mention the quality but just look at the pictures. These boys did a damn good job!

Our in-home consultation was 4/14/23, the contract was signed on 4/21/23, and my family was swimming on 6/12/23. The entire process took about 9 weeks! When Desert Soul Landesign says they think they job will take 8 to 12 weeks, they're telling the truth. Our salesperson, Laione, came to the house on time, was no-pressure throughout, prepared for the in-office meeting with a great design, and answered our questions clearly and honestly. When we requested options that Desert Soul doesn't offer, he was able to offer great alternatives or the name of a local business who could do the work. Things couldn't have gone better!
