We had our pool installed a little less than a year ago, and Jake was our main contact throughout the process. His responsiveness and guidance were exceptionalhe walked us through every step without any pressure. Recently, during a home inspection, a minor electrical box issue (nothing to do with the actual electric) was identified. I reached out to Jake, and he responded within the hour. To our delight, the construction team was at our house the next day, promptly correcting the issue. If you're in search of a pool installation company, look no further. Jake and the team provide unparalleled service, making the entire experience smooth and worry-free. Highly recommended!

Caribbean Pools was the best decision my husband and I made for our pool and hot tub! We initially were in contact with Jake our sales and marketing associate who was available for any questions we had throughout the whole process. What an amazing experience from start to end. Pool took about 2months and a half. Fred was amazing calm knowledgeable and told us not worry about the pool its for him to stress about. Every trade was amazing and kind. If your looking for a great pool and a great experience definitely this is the place
