After my incredibly unprofessional experience with one of Zac's agents, Kristi Bolton, I reached out to Zac her boss to try and get some answers and something done about how rudely I was treated after trying to cancel a policy. When I let Zac know his agent did not respond to any of my texts, calls, or voicemail's for six days, and then disrespected me in the process of finally getting it cancelled, he made it very clear that he did not care. He took a deep exasperated breath and told me that the policy was cancelled and there was nothing he could do from here besides "talk to Kristi". When I asked who I could then talk to further he proceeded to laugh at me and told me to call customer service. If you are under the age of 30 steer clear because this company doesn't appreciate their younger clients. My family and I have been doing business with them for over 10 years and if this is the treatment they give us I can't imagine how they treat their other clients! I will never do business with this company ever again, nor will I ever recommend this unprofessional and rude company to anyone else!
