        Previous agent sold his agency... disappointed in the service we received from the new owner. Was rearended while traveling out of state. First, the AllState app is useless - it never works. PRINT YOUR CARDS. Called the office & eventually got through to someone who told me Jason wasn't available but I could send him an email with details. Sent an email... hadn't had a response by the next day so I called... told him what happened and asked him to provide me next steps. It took multiple emails to get him to tell me that I needed to call the other driver's insurance with a bunch of information I didn't have (make of car, etc.) because I wasn't told to get that following the accident... Called another AllState agent who was able to give me clear directions and guidance in one call. Needless to say, I now have a new agent.
