Farmers Insurance - Geremie Fiorini

Where do I start? I evaluated several options for auto and home insurance as I knew I was paying too much with Geico. I chose Geremie based on how personable and efficient he was and I am so glad I did. He saved me hundreds and I got better coverage from Farmers. My son recently had an accident so I called Farmers' 800 line for a tow. The gentleman I spoke with was not helpful, to say the least. I called Geremie (to vent, basically) and he went so far above and beyond to take care of us! He says customer service is important to him and he definitely walks the talk. By the way, the Farmers' reps I've spoken with since have been very helpful and pleasant. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for auto/home, etc. speak with Geremie - you'll be glad you did.

Geremie and his staff are professional, friendly and supportive. They have great customer service. I call, text or email and get quick responses and answers.

Cold called me even when I had requested do not call. How successful can he be if he is desperately cold calling people who have told him not to call?

Geremies care and concern for people comes through in his communication. Ive interacted with him for years and always know hes trying to look out for me and my family. Exactly what you want in an insurance agent!

I was very impressed with Geremies knowledge and attention to detail. Im the type that asks very in-depth questions and he had answers to all my questions. I feel very comfortable that I have the proper coverage if something were to ever happen.
