I had my hair cut but when I went home to wash and dry my hair, one side was a little longer than the other side. I called 1 week and 3 days later ( since Sun and Mon they were closed) so I called Tue and asked the owner if I can go back and have it fixed, she wasn't friendly during the conversation and wanted to charge me again just to have if fix so it's the same length on both sides.

This was the third time I tried white lotus and as with the last time I was disappointed. The first time I went I had a facial and it went fine, nothing extremely remarkable but they were professional and results were as expected. The second time I went was last year, I had a massage (which was terrible) and eyebrow wax (which was good) and a facial. About two days later I broke out terribly. I decided one more shot was fair. I had a 10am appointment, which the aesthetician was about 10 to 15 min late, but she was apologetic. I could tell she was really rushing through the facial and seemed to struggle with some of the equipment. It was barely mediocre. When I got dressed the clock read 1106. I paid for a 60 min facial and really didnt get anything close to what I thought I would. Worst of all, my face felt like plastic so I went home and washed my face.

Was told to be there at 10:30 Friday morning. They didn’t open til 11. So sat there for 30 minutes until they opened. Went in and they said my appointment was scheduled tomorrow and not today, when I scheduled it over the phone I for sure scheduled for today. So I had to leave with no hair cut just a “sorry”. I really needed this too because I just had a baby and haven’t done any self maintenance my entire pregnancy. Best part, this was the second time I scheduled with them and they screwed up with scheduling the first time as well! At least the first time they caught it and called me to fix it. So disappointing! I’ve been desperately looking for a hair salon I can make MY salon and so far, no luck. I just need a decent salon in AZ! Does that exist?!
