Wow! So far I am very impressed with their customer service skills and ethics. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about the product and others. I was very very pleased with their prompt shipping methods! I ordered a product over the phone and mentioned I was indeed needing the products i ordered ASAP. The same day I made my order they were on a USPS truck with a tracking number. Very cool. I look forward to updating this review when the parts arrive.

I ordered 5 solar panels on 9/18/19. two weeks later I was notified that shipping company "lost" pallete of solar panels. Over the course of the next two weeks they were located and lost again. Now, a week ago I asked for a refund and they have stopped communication with me. I hope PayPal gets my money back because it is obvious that FabTech is planning on keeping my money. What a hassle they have really screwed my timeline on this project up. Not to mention the time I have invested in just trying to get my $715.00 refunded.
