Chase Bank

Went in for a cashier's check and the manager/teller was extremely friendly and thorough. The short line went quick and I couldn't ask for more.

Talk about customer service! This Chase branch has the friendliest staff I've ever met! I went inside with my kids, and team members Russell and Arid greeted us and asked how they could assist me today. I came in to take-out some money from my account, and with my hands full (kids), Chase members Russell, Arid, and Santreese were outstanding! They're absolutely the best all-around with customer service and efficiently helping me. Man were they ever on the ball! This experience made my errand a real breeze. Thank you Russell, Arid, Santreese, and everyone inside Frys' Chase! You guy's deserve 10 stars!

This Chase Bank at the south west corner of Cooper & McQueen is the worst example of customer service available. They are just really nasty people with "why are you bothering me" attitudes. I contacted the Frys executive management about possibly not extending their lease and possibly getting any other bank put in their place. It would be hilarious to the see the Chase Bank CEO walk in their asking for some help and to see the reaction on their faces. They all really need to be fired.
