        Didn't have a banker available to make a change to an account. Couldn't advise what branch would as same day appointments don't show up on the booking system. The teller couldn't advise I do anything other than make an appointment for 4 days later and deal with it. I really don't know why I do business with them. Other companies even online will do this remotely.

        Lassane was very friendly personable and helpful! We came in with a massive list of things we needed done with accounts and cards, and he went through them all so quickly! He was very patient with us and we had a great experience
