        This is the first bank Ive been to with no tellers. Theres a receptionist that tells you to go to a Video ATM where you have to wait to speak to someone remotely via a webcam in a call center. I got what needed to be done but it felt very cold and dystopian. No tellers at a bank???

        PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. This branch should be close. I am with almost 12 years with PNC and this is the worst branch and customer service I have ever seen. What is the point to keep it open with 4 employees that they can't help anything. Video teller said she can't help and employee said they can't either.

        We made an appointment for a Saturday. We showed up and sat for an hour without anyone even acknowledging us. Finally my husband talked to someone. The gentleman seemed so annoyed. He said you need to make an appointment for that. My husband said we did. It was for an hour ago. He said Well he is barely with his first client still. Not sure how long itll be. He was rude. Like he was overworked and it was our fault. Such a waste of our time. And gas!! We ended up leaving. We just wanted to open a savings on top of our checking acct. We decided to move our business to Capital One. So much more convenient. And less fees!!
