Even when there is a: Long-Line "Waiting" Noel is very Patient .. Likewise (Assistant Mgr. Michelle) is a Wonderful Mgr. / ALWAYS recognizing me with refreshing / positive / Greetings !!!

Updated: Response to the owner: I don't have a Twitter or Facebook account. Look up my name in your systems and you'll find the best ways to reach me. You would have already done that if you actually wanted to help. Super disappointed with the poor customer service that I received at this location. I went to exchange foreign currency, which their website says I could do, just to be told their website was wrong. I wasn't even talking to the woman that butted in. They didn't try to find a resolution, just said, "no." Where I'm from you tell the customer, "yes" and find a way. Very sad considering how many banking options are out there. I guess they don't need my money and that's fine by me.

I contacted a number of times & no one answered, bad service. I just want to look up my c/c activities to see what is going on with my card & have been calling zillion of times (very frustrating)

Worst branch customer service, Michele, the manager, turned me away because they were busy, but then made a comment while I was leaving that she wasnt going to help me anyway. I was trying to remove someone from my account for weeks, they are no help here. Going to try a different branch or bank altogether if they wont provide service.
