PNC Bank - CLOSED

have made an appointment with Erika Hernandez, the branch manager to close one of our business accounts today. When we arrived, she stood outside of her office to greet us. During the time we were in her office, we had every detailed procedure explained to us clearly and precisely. We were very impressed at how kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable she was when we came up with any questions or concerns. She took time to answer and resolve EACH one of them. We can't be more grateful for her service. Also, Natelie was one of the other staff members who had helped us to prepare the paperwork necessary for these transactions. We appreciated her kind assistance as well.

Bbva worst bank ever. bank account has fraud commited a few months ago. They closed my account did not call me. My stimulus went in today and they took the whole amount of 1200$ did not ask me if I wanted to file a dispute. I thought the account was closed because of the fraud. Well it reopened and they decided just to help themselves with the whole amount of stimulus money.

I would give a 0 if I could. Not because of the employees but the bank, their model, & their lack of catering to the customer. This has been the worst bank I've dealt with. For starters everytime they get someone that's good & someone you get to know they take them from the bank, so you're always dealing with different people, strangers all the time, never able to get comfortable, next if you have a job that pays large ammounts on your checks dont expect to be able to use those funds for a minimum of 3-5 days, because they always put the checks on hold, doesnt mater if it's the same company and approximately the same dollar ammount. I am currently on the east coast I have a $6,000.00 check being deposited for me & wouldnt you know it I have to wait 5 days for any of my funds to be available, even though I need the money while I'm here & I've deposited 20 checks of this ammount or more in the past.Lastly there are maybe 4 compass banks in the east valley, none are open on Saturday. I will be looking for a new bank as soon as I get back into town.
