This family run hotel is the quietest hotel I have ever been in. The staff was friendly and kind. I work for an airline and travel so much when I was booked in the room by the elevator my heart sank. I was so pleasantly surprised when I slept so soundly I almost missed my alarm. I heard no showers running, no elevator noises, not one door opening or closing. I would gratefully stay there again. I would recommend. I dont know how other hotels have missed this point but this comfort inn has nailed it. For a completely full hotel it felt like I was the only one there. Thank you for the great night sleep.

I wrote a negative review previously. After speaking on the phone with Sam T, the misunderstanding that occurred during my stay was cleared and solved in a calm and peaceful manner. It was an issue that was out of everyone's control, and the booking agency was to blame for my biggest grievance. He wholeheartedly explained and apologized, and I felt like I understood a lot more of what happens behind the desk. Thanks again for the explanation, Sam.

I am just in awe of how bad this hotel is. I wish I had read reviews on it prior to booking my stay. Would you pay $600+ to stay here for two nights? I don't expect perfection but this was on a whole different level. Between the stains on the walls and the floors, the terrible patch work and mix-matched paint, it is very obvious the owner has let this hotel go. What is even more frustrating to see is the numerous excuses he is giving to his paying customers instead of taking ownership or at least fixing the issues. By far the most disturbing part was to discover the incredibly stained blanket that was in-between the sheet and top blanket. My husband and I slept in that bed and discovered it after the fact. Thankfully we had a double queen so we could sleep in a different bed the following night. I would have preferred to leave and find a hotel elsewhere but the area was booked up for the holiday weekend. Save your money and your peace of mind by staying elsewhere!

The different patches, not , only that you saw in your room, but, you also also blue in the hallway is that we are trying to match different colors that we are anticipating to use. WE did not hear anything from your during your stay of 3 days that your blanket was bad otherwise we would be more than happy to come in and exchange it for your satisfaction, if it was bad indeed. Please note that this is our high season and we are still comparatively reasonable than other area hotels in the valley. Summer time is our slow time. We sincerely hope that you will give us a chance to serve you again and do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Sincerely,Sam
