Location for us was good.
The room was clean, and I never used the pool.
Price was higher for a motel 6, but a lot lower than anything else in the area.
Can't believe they charge an extra 10 dollars for parking. I have never seen this before, and wonder if it is even within the policy of a Motel 6 franchise. I'll be contacting the head office on that one.
Arrived at 2:00 pm, and was told check in wasn't until 3;00. But for an extra $20.00, we could check in early. Again, nickle and dime you for more money. So how is a room not available until 3, but for an extra $20, it's available immediately.
Place was nice, but I don't appreciate all the extra charges they force upon you.

Terrific location in Scottsdale.. Parking right by your room. Pets are free. Inviting pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Comfortable and good value. Visible manager makes sure the motel is well run and secure. Office staff is also very helpful. I recommend this Motel 6.
Rooms: Could use some updating in some areas in the rooms but nothing very important.
Nearby activities: Huge mall next door. It's a minute from all the restaurants and activities in downtown Scottsdale. Near freeways.
Safety: The manager is always checking on things. The office staff is on top of things. This Motel is well staffed. The outside areas are well lit.
Walkability: Next to fashion mall. Can walk around motel area.
Noteworthy details: ATM in office. Mountain view. Office staffed 24 hours. Laundry on site.

I am here with a reservation that we made through booking and the lady who helped us called Lynn at the reception is very rude, she spoke to us very badly, asking for identification of the girls and additionally tells us I have another bad news that you have to pay 10 dollars a day for the parking lot but park on the street today 03/21/2024 at 7:00pm, he treated us very badly, it wasn't until my husband asked for his name that he calmed down a little , we really wondered why I don't know if It will be racist, but really, arriving at the hotel and I don't even recommend it anymore.

The service i had today was absolutely horrendous, the elderly lady at the front desk was an absolutely disgusting racist, i had no other issues prior.She had said to a friend of mine that he "had to speak English for me to understand him." And "what if he can't understand me in an emergency?" I told her she can't talk to people like that and she completely deflected my argument. I refuse to ever step foot in here again unless you teach your staff basic respect.
