Bed Bug City - Rented what I was told was a "brand new" mattress. The thing was teaming with bed bugs. Filed a complaint and was never contacted back.

Was given a delivery date and time, even though they had not yet contacted their "required number of references". Rearranged my entire day off expecting delivery. No delivery was made. Was called back saying that only a couple of references answered phone. You do not give a delivery time to customers if you do not obtain all the prerequisite information before doing so. My personal time is extremely valuable and very scarce and I do not appreciate having my entire day off from my job completely wasted. Then theres a different issue. Even tho my wife and I should be considered preferred customers with this business, by any stretch of the imagination. We were treated as tho we were most likely scam artists. Made to fill out a bunch of paper work that should already be on file, with the exception of a new address. Pretty disgusted so far, been 4 days since the processe started and have yet to see anything for it. They usually have a revolving door hiring process there, it seems. Can't understand why competent familiar workers are replaced with inexperienced people. Shoulder shrug.
