        Had a blow out 40 miles south of flagstaff. My tech was fast, efficient and effective with top notch customer service. Big shout out to Jeff. Even grabbed my triangles and brought them to me to help keep me out of danger. Thank you guys again.

        Went to get my tire balanced. Eric doesnt know what cross-threading is and proceeded to do so to my stud and lug nut. Ive never had any problems with my studs like that, yes they can be finicky but you just gotta have patience and not use an impact if it doesnt wanna go on. $100+ later at another shop to get it fixed. Shout out Big O. Plus my tire wasnt balanced right. Just nice i wasnt charged for it.
