Danielle lied about every aspect of upgrading our plans to trick us into paying extra for devices we didnt even want. Hope the commission money was worth it

This has been a learning lesson. No matter the contract, read the fine prints and never trust a salesperson. Im looking at you Danielle. Firstly, they have a dinky tactic to leave positive reviews with candy as an incentive. Secondly, all salespeople are to never be fully trusted; Danielle, the lead salesperson I presume, assured us multiple and numerous times after I had asked that our phone bill would not change after we upgraded. Of course it changed, and of my own ignorance I was coerced into buying a useless apple watch that I cannot return because we are one day late on the two-week maximum return window. I am also a military member, and I am going overseas, so naturally I was concerned about international coverage as well. Danielle told me to contact customer support, and I would have nothing to worry about. That was also a lie; according to customer support (611), there is no military discount or support for international data usage/calls. I appreciate the aspects of the phone bill I was able to receive a military discount on; however, the credit for my phone trade-in was not as straight forward as I thought. There is a range you are quoted on for the credit, but just assume you will receive the lowest number on said range. **Again note that these people are most likely receiving a commission and are incentivized to sell devices. Make sure you know the total cost of your installments and data plan along with service fees and activation fees. Never walk out the door with that receipt and information in mind. Also do not forget about that two week return window!
