I cannot say enough good things about this store. I bought an electric recliner from them. The motor started going bad 6 months later and then quit. They could not get a new one from the chair manufacturer for at least a month. Knowing you cannot use an electric recliner without a motor, they substituted out a new chair immediately. When that chair remote went bad, they again, substituted a new remote immediately. I really appreciate their commitment to their customers. We will buy all of our next new furniture from them. All of the employees were very helpful and attentive. Thank you.

This store is full of beautiful, great value and comfortable furniture with a huge selection. The sales people were knowledgeable, helpful and low pressure. I would highly recommend this place and definitely will be returning when it's time to purchase any new pieces!

I came into the store on Dec 27 and bought a Lazyboy recliner. The service was good. I was told that the recliner would be in in March. I called in March and didnt get a call back. I texted repeatedly and didnt get a text back. I finally got VERY aggressive in tone and content of my texts and after several days in late March found out that my chair has been there since March 8!!! I didnt get a response or a text telling me so. The same woman who sold me the chair told me that they had called and left a voice mail. Unfortunately, I didnt GET A VOICEMAIL. Perhaps they left it at the wrong number. They didnt respond to any of my texts until I got ugly with them. I went into the store to pick up my recliner and the male owner told me I made his wife cry! OMG!! Really???? Shes crying because she screwed up and doesnt know how to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for her own mistakes and lack of communication. Also, I have no respect for women who are in business who CANT HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS!! I also believe that a grown adult CRYING is a total manipulation. I have ZERO sympathy. Zero!!! Many men NEED WEAK WOMEN TO FEEL LIKE A MAN. I think weak women are a total waste of my time and make all other women look bad. When I was in the store, the husband showed me his computer screen which showed that they left a voicemail. Unfortunately, I DIDNT GET A VOICEMAIL OR I WOULD HAVE COME IN TO PICK UP MY MERCHANDISE WHICH I HAD BEEN TEXTING ABOUT FOR A WEEK!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I have to ask, WHY didnt they call again??? Why did they ignore my chair for THREE WEEKS???? WHY DIDNT THEY RESPOND TO MY TEXTS UNTIL I GOT UGLY???!!! There is no excuse for this level of follow up. I will NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE AGAIN! IMMATURE CRYBABIES ARE RUNNING THE PLACE! RIDICULOUS! As a strong, competent woman and business owner, I am ashamed that women like this exist and that needy men WANT them!!!! The whole set up makes me sick and is offensive to me. I raised a strong, successful daughter and would never tolerate a crybaby in business. Especially when they are CRYING instead to taking care of business!!!!!!!!!! Dont CRY LIKE A CHILD, BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR MISTAKES!!!!! ACCOUNTABILITY IS KEY. Instead of crying, take responsibility and APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!!!
